Slow and steady wins the race! Try to keep your eating pretty similar each day. Plan ahead, prep your meals in advance, reduce the amount of times you eat out at restaurants and build a healthy, consistent eating pattern. Drastic weight loss with fad dieting is not the answer. It is unsustainable and you will more than likely put weight back on once you return to normal eating habits. You want to be looking at lifestyle and habit changes for the long term, not short-term quick fixes.
